Background
By adopting Ordinanace No. 2006-108 July 24, 2006 the Branson Board Of Aldermen created the Branson Hills Infrastructure and Recreational Facility Community Improvement District.
The petition to establish the district was filed with the City Clerk July 7, 2006. The purpose of the CID was stated "..to provide funding for the construction of public improvements and the promotion of recreational services for the Branson Hills mixed-use development." Bond funding was acquired, public improvements were made and assessments created to retire the bonds.
